I’ve got some information on Ken Roczen’s surgeries, but I couldn’t find any news about a 12th surgery announcement. However, I did find that Ken Roczen has undergone multiple surgeries due to injuries sustained in a crash at Anaheim 2 Supercross in January 2017 ¹ ².

According to reports, Roczen had a compound fracture of his left radius, as well as dislocations of his elbow and wrist ². He underwent several surgeries, with his agent Steve Astephen stating that Dr. Viola’s goal was to complete the procedures by February 3, 2017 ¹.

Additionally, I found an update from April 2017, where Roczen mentioned that he had undergone his 11th surgery, which included a bone graft to repair his scaphoid ³.
